This package includes full installation of one 24,000 BTU Mitsubishi dual zone heat pump, mounted on a metal bracket at the rear of the building. Two indoor units will be installed in the agreed-upon interior locations. A 240V / 20A dedicated circuit will be installed from the electrical panel to the outdoor unit. An AG3000 surge protector will be added at the disconnect to protect your system from power surges. All refrigerant lines will be nitrogen/pressure tested and vacuumed down to 500 microns to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Your system will be fully functional in both heating and cooling upon completion.
